Former Seminole Jonas Blixt has played in 14 tournaments on the PGA Tour this year. Making his first ever start this past January during the Sony Open in Hawaii where he finished T-54 shooting a total of -1 under par.
Jonas has only missed the cut in six of the 14 tournaments he has entered. His best finish came during the HP Bryon Nelson Championship where he finished T-3 shooting -9 under par. During the month of May this year he finished every tournament in the top ten.
He ranks number one in sand save percentage at 65.59% and third round scoring average at 68.56. Jonas is the 160th ranked golfer in the world.
